Rich Sorro Commons is the first affordable housing developed in the Mission Bay Project Area of San Francisco. The building is a four-story wood frame structure over a concrete podium. It provides a total of 100 apartments, a child care center for over 40 children, and 10,000 sq.ft. of commercial space. The project also offers 10,000 sq.ft. of common open space.
