David Cartalla

Human Resources Manager

David Cartalla joined Mission Housing in April of 2020 as the Human Resources Manager. He is responsible for serving as the main contact for all aspects of HR, including recruitment, training, policy development, benefits management and employee relations. Prior to joining Mission Housing, he previously held HR positions at various organizations such as Children Now, Hilton Hotels Corp., and PR Newswire. David holds two bachelor’s degrees from Syracuse University and received a certificate in human resources studies from Cornell University and a certificate in training and organizational development from New York University.
