Mara Rosales

Mara Rosales is a native and life long San Franciscan of immigrant Nicaraguan parents.  Mara practices civil rights and public law and the development of public policy. She has expertise in economic and community development, and representation of public agencies, including transportation agencies. Mara has devoted significant volunteer effort and support to local community grass-roots efforts in the Mission District throughout her adult life.

Gabriela Blackburn

Gabi Blackburn is the daughter of immigrants and a San Francisco native. She has been practicing architecture for over 15 years with a focus on placemaking. Her experience includes healthcare, commercial, mixed-use, and educational settings.

Marcus DuPlessis

Marcus DuPlessis is Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Seven Hills Properties, where he oversees all aspects of operations. He joined the firm in 2013 as Director of Asset Management and has since played a key role in the acquisition, development, financing, and management of over $1.2 billion in assets. Previously, he was an Asset Manager at Appian Capital. Marcus holds a BA from UCLA (cum laude), is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers, and is a licensed California real estate broker.
