To strengthen communities and build equity by creating and preserving service-rich affordable housing.
Operational Priorities
The goals and strategies below aim to align our internal resources with our strategic priorities.
Build our internal organizational infrastructure.
Strategies:
● Create strong internal written policies and procedures and revisit them annually for conformance and compliance
● Develop metrics to measure our progress
● Conduct periodic reports to the board and staff on strategic plan progress (e.g., build a dashboard to report metrics and provide progress updates)
● Recruit additional Mission Housing board members, with 13 board members by the end of 2028
