18th Street Relocation – As a receiver site, and beneficiary of the Mariposa refinance, we were able to successfully relocate very long-term residents during the COVID-19 pandemic in order to begin construction.
South Park Relocation – Relocated very long-term residents from three (3) SRO buildings during the COVID-19 pandemic to five (5) other sites. Residents returned to Madrid and we are currently working on returning Park View & Gran Oriente residents by January 31st.
