San Francisco, Calif. — On Thursday evening, the historic Women's Building in San Francisco's Mission District hosted the second The Marvel/La Maravilla community meeting. Dozens filled the community room to hear updates from the development team (Mission Housing Development Corp. and the Mission Economic Development Agency) and their partners.
"Our commitment to the neighborhood, the Marvel's main stakeholder, continues," said Mission Housing's Executive Team (Sam Moss and Marcia Contreras). "La Maravilla has always been about fulfilling the dream of the people of the Mission. We continue to seek their input as we bring this project to life."
The updates provided by the development team included a comprehensive shade analysis of the project. The development team also announced that Thursday's meeting was the first of three scheduled -- with the second set for May 16 at Marshall Elementary School for parents and the third for June 5 at a time and place to be determined.
