250 Laguna Honda is a new 100% affordable housing community coming to San Francisco’s west side in the Forest Hill neighborhood.

This eight-story, 172-unit development will serve low- and moderate-income households, with all units targeted to families earning less than 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI), with 25% of units reserved for families exiting homelessness.

The building will offer one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, along with amenities that promote community and well-being. Residents will also benefit from on-site staff support and convenient access to the Forest Hill MUNI Metro station, nearby parks, schools, and local services.
